About Ease

Ease is the result of more than 50 years of shared experience between composers, musicologists, acousticians, physiotherapists, and behavioral scientists — all drawn together by a single question:
How can sound support human well-being?

Through decades of research, clinical practice, and artistic exploration, we’ve developed a sound-based concept designed to gently support rest, emotional balance, focus, and inner renewal. Every detail — from musical structure to tone color, pacing, and harmony — is crafted to align with the body’s natural rhythms and the mind’s need for space.

This is not just music. It is an environment.
A tool for recovery. A place to return to.
At home, at work, or in care settings — Ease is designed to meet you where you are.

A Catalogue of Well Being

The Ease Music and Soundscape catalogue is built with quiet precision.

Solar Terms follows the ancient East Asian calendar through 24 seasonal phases — offering one evolving ambient journey for each turn of nature’s cycle.
The compositions follow an 8×8-minute structure of tones and terrains — each piece over an hour long, one for each season — like life, love, and growth.

Dian Xing (点心) is a series of short-form sound pieces — small, concentrated moments of feeling and presence, like musical Dim Sum.

The Mood–Color Series unfolds across 12 moods and 12 colors — 144 ambient compositions shaped for emotional and sensory clarity.

Places and Moments offers real-world recordings from oceans, forests, and quiet corners of the world — captured in stillness, offered for grounding and presence.

Earth Songs draws from ancient modes and natural environments in 49 meditative soundscapes.

Each element is made to give the mind room to breathe,
to follow the body’s own rhythm,
and to support rest, focus, and quiet renewal.
